Remote IT support across the UK
Get it fixed today without waiting for an engineer to visit. Email, Microsoft 365, laptop, VPN and security problems sorted over a secure remote connection.
How EsquireTec’s IT support works
Remote IT support means a technician connects to your computer over an encrypted link, with your permission, and fixes the problem while you watch. There is no travel, so help starts sooner, and it works wherever your team is: in the office, at home or on the move. EsquireTec provides remote support to businesses anywhere in the UK. Support requests get a reply the same working day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time.

How a remote session works
You tell us what is wrong by phone, email or the form below. We send you instructions to start a secure session, and nothing happens until you accept it. You can see everything we do on your screen and end the session at any time.
When we finish, you get a short note of what was fixed. If the problem needs more than one session, we tell you what is left and agree the next step with you.
When remote support isn’t enough
A computer that won’t switch on or connect to the internet can’t be reached remotely, and some jobs, such as cabling or replacing a router, need hands on. In those cases we say so straight away and arrange an on-site visit, confirming availability for your location first.

IT support FAQ
Do you need to install anything on my computer?
Usually a small remote-support app or a one-time link. We explain what it is before you run it, and a session only starts when you accept it.
Can you help staff working from home?
Yes. Remote support works the same wherever your team is, as long as the computer is switched on and online.
What if the computer won’t start or get online?
Then a remote session isn’t possible. We will talk you through what we can by phone and, if needed, arrange an on-site visit.
How quickly can you start?
Support requests get a reply the same working day, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time. Simple problems are often fixed in that first session.
