Fix business emails going to spam

SPF, DKIM and DMARC fixed so your mail reaches the inbox.

The short answer

How we fix it

When customers say your invoices or quotes went to their junk folder, the cause is usually missing or broken authentication records on your domain: SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Services such as Gmail and Outlook check these records to decide whether a message really came from you. We find what is wrong, correct the records wherever your DNS is managed, switch on signing in your email service and send test messages to confirm they arrive in the inbox at the major providers.

Cost: Every job gets a fixed, itemised quote after a free call.

Turnaround: usually within a few working days.

FAQ

Common questions

Why do my emails go to spam when they used to be fine?

Mailbox providers have tightened their rules: since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo expect senders to authenticate their mail, and domains without SPF or DKIM are far more likely to be filtered. Adding a new website, email service or sending tool can also break records that used to be correct.

How quickly will it improve?

DNS changes usually take effect within hours. If your domain had built up a poor reputation, it can take longer for filters to trust it again.

What access do you need?

Access to wherever your DNS is managed (often your domain registrar or Cloudflare) and admin access to your email service. A temporary admin account that you remove afterwards works well.

Is this the same as the free email check?

No. The free check reads your public DNS records and shows what is missing. This service fixes the records, switches on DKIM inside your email service and tests delivery.
