Business email setup for UK small businesses

Email on your own domain with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

The short answer

How we fix it

If you are still sending quotes from a Gmail or Hotmail address, or your email sits with an old web host nobody remembers logging into, we will move you to proper business email on your own domain. We set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, create the mailboxes your team needs, add the DNS records that prove your messages are genuine, and make sure everyone can send and receive on their phone and laptop before we hand over.

Cost: Every job gets a fixed, itemised quote after a free call.

Turnaround: usually within a few working days.

How it works

Three steps

  1. 1

Book a call or ring us

Tell us your domain, how many people need email and where your mail lives today.

  2. 2

    We set it up

We create the account in your business’s name, connect the domain, add the mailboxes and test sending and receiving.

  3. 3

    You get a short summary

A written note of what was set up, which DNS records were added and how to add a new starter later.

FAQ

Common questions

Can I keep my existing email address?

Yes, if the address is on a domain you own. We move that domain’s email to the new service and the address stays the same. If you use a free address such as @gmail.com, you will need your own domain for business email.

Do I need a .co.uk or a .com domain?

Either works for email. Many UK businesses choose .co.uk because customers recognise it as British, and some register both and point them at the same mailboxes.

Who pays for the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences?

Licences are billed by Microsoft or Google directly to your business, so the account is in your name and you can change plan or cancel without going through us.

Will my old emails come across?

Recent mail, contacts and calendars can be moved as part of the job. Very large or very old archives are scoped separately once we have seen them.
