Common questions
Which Microsoft 365 plan does a small business need?
Business Basic covers email, Teams and the web versions of the Office apps. Business Standard adds the desktop apps. Business Premium adds stronger security and device management. You can mix plans, so each person gets what they need.
We already have Microsoft 365 but it is a mess. Can you sort it out?
Yes. We review the existing setup, tidy up users, licences, shared mailboxes and file permissions, and switch on security settings that were missed.
Can you move our files from Dropbox, Google Drive or an old server?
Yes. Small moves can be part of the job; larger ones are scoped separately once we know how much data there is.
Do we really need multi-factor sign-in?
Yes. It is one of the most effective protections against someone taking over an account with a stolen password, and Microsoft recommends it for every user.
