Who we are
This website is run by EsquireTec, founded by Mohammed Siddiqua, who is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For anything about your data, email info@esquiretec.com.
Enquiry forms
When you send an enquiry form, your name, email address, phone number and message are passed to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-to-email service, which emails them to info@esquiretec.com. This website does not store what you type. Web3Forms’ own privacy policy covers how it handles the data while passing it on. To check that an email address can receive replies, your browser looks up the email domain (not the full address) with Google Public DNS or Cloudflare DNS. We use your name, email address, phone number and message only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote.
Booking a call (Calendly)
The “Book a free call” buttons open Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give, and sets its own cookies. Calendly’s privacy policy applies to that data. We use booking details only to hold the call and follow up.
The “WhatsApp us” buttons open WhatsApp, a service owned by Meta. If you message us there, WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to the message and your phone number. We use the conversation only to answer your enquiry.
Free email check
The email check runs in your browser. The domain you type is looked up directly from your browser using Google Public DNS (or Cloudflare DNS as a back-up). It is not sent to us and we do not store it.
Analytics and advertising cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Metricool analytics to understand which pages are useful and which adverts lead to enquiries. These set cookies and are not loaded at all until you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Essential storage
If you make a cookie choice, it is remembered in your browser’s local storage so the banner does not keep reappearing. This is strictly necessary and contains no personal data.
How long we keep data
Enquiry emails and booking details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and in line with legal and accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email info@esquiretec.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
