The offer

If we do not deliver your website within 48 working hours, you pay nothing for the build. The offer is for UK businesses and is limited to one website per business.

When the 48 hours start

The 48 working hours start once we have everything we need to build your site: your text, logo, photos and access to your domain. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time, excluding UK bank holidays. We confirm the start time to you in writing.

What is included

A standard website of up to 5 pages, designed to work well on phones, with a working contact form, basic search engine set-up and secure hosting set up for you. One round of changes is included, and it is made after your site goes live.

What is not included

Online shops, booking systems, customer portals, custom web apps and integrations with other systems are not part of this offer. Third-party costs such as domain names and hosting are not included in "free".

What "free" means

If we deliver late, you pay nothing for the build of your website. Later changes, extra pages and ongoing support are charged as normal, and you will always get a quote first.

Delays outside our control

The 48 hours pause while we are waiting for something from you, such as answers, content or domain access, and for delays caused by third parties such as domain registrars.

Changes to the offer

We may end or change this offer at any time. Any project already started keeps the terms that applied when it started.
